Overwatch coaching.

You browse coaches by role, hero and rank, book a VOD review or live session, and the platform opens a private Discord room with your coach. Scheduling, payment, and follow-up questions happen in that room. The coaching session itself can happen wherever the coach prefers, often a Discord DM or voice call.

Coachwatch reads your message, asks a follow-up question if something important is missing, and recommends up to three coaches with a short explanation of why each one fits. Reply to narrow it down, or open a pick to see their profile and book.

It only recommends coaches on Coachwatch and never books anything for you.

For a VOD review you submit a replay code and the coach analyzes the game on their own time, delivering written or recorded feedback. Live coaching is scheduled time with the coach. Individual offers have private and streamed variants, while team VOD and team live offers use separate team pricing.

Coach ranks and hero playtime are pulled from the Overwatch API and refreshed daily, so they can't be faked. Verified and Pro badges are granted manually by the platform, and every profile shows reviews from real completed orders.

Both are granted by Coachwatch. Coaches cannot add them themselves. They show next to the coach's name and as the colour strip at the top of their card.

Verified coach: Coachwatch checked that this is a real, established coach: we confirmed who they are and that their coaching history, such as reviews on other platforms, is actually theirs. It says the coach is legit, not how good the teaching is. Reviews and delivered sessions tell you that.

Pro coach: A Verified coach who has played or coached at a professional level, for example OWCS or Contenders. Coachwatch checks the record before granting it.

Each coach sets their own prices. Most VOD reviews and sessions are in the $20-60 range. Checkout adds a Coachwatch service fee of 5% + $1 per order, shown separately. Coaches can also issue discount codes.

Payment is released to the coach after each review or session is delivered: immediately if the buyer confirms, otherwise after a 3-day review window. If something is off, you can raise a dispute inside that window and platform support reviews it against the order terms and the Discord room history.
