Terms of Service

The coach is the seller and supplier of the coaching you buy. Coaches are independent providers, not employees, partners, or representatives of Coachwatch. The coaching contract for an order is between the buyer and the coach named on the offer, the checkout quote, and the order receipt.

The Other Projects LLC operates the Coachwatch marketplace and acts as each coach’s disclosed commercial agent under the mandate described in the Coach Policy. In that capacity it concludes orders in the coach’s name and for the coach’s account, sets and enforces marketplace rules, issues order receipts on the coach’s behalf, and decides and carries out remedies such as refunds, re-performance, holds, and payment-dispute responses on the coach’s behalf. Decisions it makes under that mandate bind the coach. The Other Projects LLC also contracts with you directly for the marketplace services it supplies itself, including the buyer service fee.

Boosterpack Limited acts as disclosed payment collection agent for both the coach and The Other Projects LLC. It collects buyer payments, holds them in its Stripe balances pending release, executes refunds and chargeback responses, administers coach payout onboarding through Stripe Connect or Stripe Global Payouts, and carries out coach transfers and payouts. A payment you make through Coachwatch checkout to Boosterpack Limited discharges your payment obligation to the coach for the coaching amount and to The Other Projects LLC for the service fee. Boosterpack Limited does not operate Coachwatch, provide coaching, or sell anything to you.

Stripe processes payments and related financial operations through the Stripe platform account held by Boosterpack Limited for this agency arrangement. Use of that account does not make Boosterpack Limited, The Other Projects LLC, or Stripe the seller of the coaching.

You must be allowed to use Coachwatch under the laws that apply to you, and you must provide accurate account information and keep linked accounts under your control. Checkout and paid features may apply additional eligibility checks, including age or country restrictions, at the time of purchase.

Coachwatch uses Discord as its primary sign-in and delivery identity and may allow other OAuth connections. You are responsible for protecting access to your Discord and linked provider accounts and for promptly reporting suspected compromise.

• Do not impersonate another person or misstate your age, authority, rank, coaching experience, or account ownership.
• One person may not use another person’s account to evade restrictions or enforcement.
• We may suspend access when information cannot be verified or use creates security, legal, financial, or community risk.

Coachwatch provides marketplace, workflow, and communication tools that help buyers find independent coaches. Coaches set their own prices and control the coaching services they offer, subject to platform rules. Coachwatch does not guarantee a particular competitive result, rank improvement, availability, or coaching outcome.

Because The Other Projects LLC acts as the coach’s disclosed commercial agent, the actions it takes for an order under the Coach Policy, including concluding the order, recording delivery, deciding a remedy, issuing a refund, or responding to a payment dispute, are taken on the coach’s behalf and bind the coach. The coach bears the economic outcome of those actions out of the coach’s proceeds. Acting as agent does not make The Other Projects LLC the seller of the coaching.

The order page, active offer version, checkout quote, and applicable consent choices form part of the agreement for an order. If offer-specific terms conflict with these Terms, these Terms control unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Coaching prices are set by the coach and are payable to the coach. The Other Projects LLC charges buyers a service fee of 5% of the coaching subtotal after applicable discounts plus 1.00 USD per order, before any separately shown tax. The flat part is charged once per order regardless of the number of units, and no service fee applies to an order whose coaching subtotal is zero. The service fee is shown as its own line at checkout and on the receipt; it is a supply by The Other Projects LLC to the buyer, not part of the coaching price, and covers payment processing, buyer protection, and marketplace services.

The Other Projects LLC charges each coach a platform fee of 5% of the coaching amount plus 1.00 USD per order as commission for its agency and marketplace services, never exceeding the coaching amount itself. That commission is deducted from the proceeds collected on the coach’s behalf and itemized on the coach’s monthly platform fee statement. It is not charged to buyers. The fee schedule in force for an order is the one recorded in its accepted quote. Boosterpack Limited collects and distributes all of these amounts only as payment collection agent. Rounding, taxes, processor fees, discounts, and zero-total orders may affect displayed amounts.

Fees may change, but a changed fee should be shown in the authoritative checkout quote before a buyer proceeds.

Each coach is responsible for the tax, registration, and reporting obligations on their own coaching income and for the trader duties that apply when they sell to consumers. The Other Projects LLC is responsible for the accounting and tax obligations on its own fees and marketplace business. Boosterpack Limited is responsible for obligations arising from its own agency activities and legal status. Receipts name the coach as supplier of the coaching and The Other Projects LLC as supplier of the service fee.

Checkout and coach payout onboarding use Stripe, including Stripe Connect and Stripe Global Payouts, through Boosterpack Limited’s Stripe platform account. Depending on the coach’s country, released coach proceeds go either to the coach’s connected Stripe balance or directly to the coach’s verified bank account through Stripe Global Payouts. Boosterpack Limited performs those payment operations as payment collection agent for the coach and for The Other Projects LLC. Neither Coachwatch nor Boosterpack Limited receives or stores full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, identity, onboarding, fraud, dispute, and payout metadata under Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice.

A checkout is not complete merely because the browser returns from Stripe. Server-side provider events and Coachwatch records determine payment and order status. Coachwatch checkout amounts, coach earnings, and coach remittances are denominated in United States dollars (USD). Funds in Boosterpack Limited’s Stripe balances are held by it as payment collection agent: the coaching amount for the coach pending release, and the service fee for The Other Projects LLC. The coaching amount is collected on the coach’s behalf but is not due or payable to the coach until the release conditions in the Coach Policy are met; until then it remains subject to refund, dispute, and hold actions taken under the coach’s mandate. Holding funds pending release does not make either agent the seller. A later bank payout, remittance, withdrawal, or currency conversion does not change the historical USD order values.

A coach should not treat a pending transfer or dashboard estimate as money in their bank until Stripe pays it out.

Coaching is coordinated and delivered through the Coachwatch Discord workflow unless the offer clearly states another approved method. Buyers and coaches must use the private order room and platform-supported status controls so delivery, changes, and problems can be reviewed.

Buyers must provide usable replay codes, availability, goals, and other requested inputs. Coaches must respond and deliver within the offer terms or communicate a reasonable change. Scheduling statements are estimates unless mandatory law or the accepted order says otherwise.

Acting on the coach’s behalf under the coach’s mandate, The Other Projects LLC may delay release of a coach’s proceeds until delivery is confirmed, the three-day review window ends, or a support hold is resolved. It may instruct Boosterpack Limited to pause, reverse, or decline a transfer when an order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, suspected of abuse, or not supported by reliable delivery evidence.

The Other Projects LLC decides refund and service remedies on the coach’s behalf using the accepted offer version, authoritative quote, Discord order history, delivery status, provider records, and applicable law. Boosterpack Limited executes the resulting refund, chargeback response, hold, transfer, or recovery as payment collection agent. Depending on the facts, an order may receive a full refund, partial refund, re-performance, credit, denial, or another resolution. A refund or a lost payment dispute is borne by the coach out of the coach’s proceeds; amounts recovered from a coach are restored if Stripe later resolves the dispute in the coach’s favor.

Buyers keep every mandatory consumer remedy against the seller and, where the law provides one, against the marketplace operator. Payment chargebacks should not be used to avoid first reporting a service issue where it is safe and practical to contact support. Nothing here prevents a person from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

A streamed offer must be clearly identified before checkout. The buyer must make the required stream acknowledgement and choose the available BattleTag, voice, clip, and recording permissions. A coach may not expand those permissions through silence, assumptions, or separate messages.

For team coaching, the purchaser must have authority to buy for the team and provide the submitted team context. The purchaser must ensure that all affected participants are informed and have given any consent required for voice, recording, clips, or public streaming. Only the purchasing account receives the order and Discord access unless Coachwatch expressly adds a different supported flow.

Existing streaming and team consent records remain separate from acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Use Coachwatch only for legitimate coaching. We may restrict listings, orders, communications, or accounts that create game-integrity, safety, fraud, payment, or legal risk.

• No rank boosting, piloting, win trading, match manipulation, cheats, exploits, or services intended to evade game rules.
• No sharing, selling, lending, or requesting login credentials for Battle.net, Overwatch, Discord, Stripe, or another person’s account.
• No moving a Coachwatch-introduced transaction off-platform to avoid platform fees, safeguards, records, holds, or dispute handling.
• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, doxxing, stalking, unlawful content, malware, scraping that disrupts the service, or misuse of personal data.
• No false reviews, fabricated credentials, deceptive listings, unauthorized recordings, or infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You retain rights you have in the material you submit. You give Coachwatch a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, secure, transform, display, and share that material only as reasonably needed to operate, support, moderate, and test the requested service. You must have permission to submit replays, recordings, team context, names, and other content.

Coachwatch software, branding, and original platform materials belong to The Other Projects LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Coachwatch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Overwatch, Battle.net, Blizzard, and related names and assets are trademarks or property of their respective owners. Use of Blizzard services remains subject to Blizzard’s own rules.

Coachwatch is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, compatibility, provider availability, or a particular competitive result.

The coach is responsible for the coaching they sell. The Other Projects LLC is not the seller of coaching; as marketplace operator and commercial agent it remains responsible for its own conduct and for the marketplace services it supplies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Other Projects LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost opportunities, game outcomes, provider outages, or conduct outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and any responsibility that law places on a marketplace operator.

Boosterpack Limited is not the seller or provider of coaching or marketplace services. Its responsibilities are limited to the payment agency described in these Terms, except for obligations or liabilities that law does not allow it to exclude.

You may stop using Coachwatch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove a listing, or cancel an order to protect users, comply with law or provider rules, investigate abuse, or operate the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including records, disputes, intellectual property, and governing law, continue as applicable.

We may publish a new version of these Terms. When acceptance is required, Coachwatch will present the active version and record acceptance. Continued use after a new version takes effect means you accept that version, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

Your coaching contract for an order is with the coach. Your marketplace contract, including the buyer service fee and the agency services, is with The Other Projects LLC. These Terms, the marketplace contract, and, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise, each coaching contract concluded through Coachwatch are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject always to mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, and procedural rights that apply in a user’s country and cannot be waived by contract. Courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction retain that jurisdiction. Boosterpack Limited’s payment agency does not replace those contracts or this governing-law position.
