A streamed coaching format must be identified before purchase. Silence, general community membership, or participation in an order is not permission to expand a recorded choice.
The Other Projects LLC operates the streaming-consent workflow. Boosterpack Limited’s disclosed agency is limited to payment operations and gives it no role in granting, changing, or moderating streaming permissions.
1. Recorded permissions
The supported checkout controls govern whether a BattleTag may be shown, voice may be included, clips may be created, a recording may be public, and the buyer acknowledges a public stream. The coach must follow the most restrictive recorded choice.
2. Team bookings
A team purchaser must have authority to place the booking and must ensure affected participants receive the necessary information and provide any required consent. The purchaser may not grant rights over another participant’s voice, likeness, account name, or gameplay without authority.
3. Changes and removal requests
Future permissions may be narrowed through the supported order workflow or support. A later change cannot always remove material already lawfully broadcast or copied by third parties, but Coachwatch and the coach must stop future use where the permission no longer applies.
