Safety reports are reviewed using the information available to Coachwatch and may lead to protective restrictions while facts are assessed.
The Other Projects LLC decides safety and account actions as marketplace operator, including holds on a coach’s orders under its agency mandate. Boosterpack Limited has no role in that decision, but may carry out a related payment or payout hold as disclosed payment collection agent when instructed or legally required.
1. Prohibited safety conduct
Users may not threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate, sexually exploit, dox, extort, distribute malware, request credentials, publish private order material without permission, or misuse another person’s data.
2. Reporting and urgent danger
Report platform safety concerns in the private order room where appropriate or by email to support@coachwatch.gg. Include only information needed to understand the concern. Do not use Coachwatch as an emergency service; contact local emergency services where someone faces immediate danger.
3. Protective action
The Other Projects LLC may preserve relevant records, restrict contact, pause orders or payouts, remove content, suspend accounts, or refer a matter to a provider or competent authority when reasonably necessary. Boosterpack Limited may execute an instructed payment or payout hold as agent. Reports are shared only as needed for review, safety, payment action, law, or defence of claims.
