Coach policy

A coach must provide accurate identity, country, experience, rank, availability, and service information and must keep it current. Approval or publication may be withheld, limited, or withdrawn when information cannot be verified or the account creates safety, payment, legal, or game-integrity risk.

Only the approved coach may deliver the service unless the offer clearly identifies an approved team format. Coaches may not sell account access, rank boosting, piloting, win trading, cheats, or another service prohibited by the Terms.

Listings must describe the format, quantity, duration or turnaround, prerequisites, streaming status, and material limitations. Coaches must use the private Coachwatch Discord workflow for scheduling, delivery evidence, changes, and support.

A coach must communicate promptly, protect buyer information, stay within recorded stream and recording permissions, and never request a buyer’s game, Discord, or payment credentials.

The coach must not conclude, re-price, or settle a Coachwatch-introduced order outside Coachwatch. Every sale introduced through Coachwatch is concluded and collected through the mandate below.

By publishing a listing or accepting an order, the coach appoints The Other Projects LLC as the coach’s non-exclusive disclosed commercial agent for coaching sold through Coachwatch and authorizes it to act in the coach’s name and for the coach’s account as set out below. The coach is bound by the actions The Other Projects LLC takes under this mandate and bears their economic outcome out of the coach’s proceeds. The mandate does not make The Other Projects LLC or Boosterpack Limited the seller of the coaching.

The coach also authorizes Boosterpack Limited to collect buyer payments for the coaching as payment collection agent, to hold them pending release, and to deduct the platform fee before remitting the coach-net amount. Proceeds held pending release are collected on the coach’s behalf but are not due or payable to the coach until the release conditions in section 4 are met. A buyer’s payment to Boosterpack Limited through Coachwatch checkout discharges the buyer’s debt to the coach for the coaching amount.

The mandate ends for future orders when the listing is removed or the coach account is closed. It continues for orders already concluded until they are delivered, refunded, disputed, or otherwise fully settled, including any later chargeback.

• Conclude orders with buyers in the coach’s name at the price in the accepted quote, apply the coach’s discounts and volume pricing, and record acceptance, delivery, and completion.
• Issue order receipts and other order documents to buyers on the coach’s behalf, naming the coach as supplier of the coaching.
• Decide and carry out remedies for buyers, including full or partial refunds, re-performance, credits, or denial, using the Refund and Dispute Policy and applicable consumer law.
• Respond to payment disputes and chargebacks, submit evidence, and accept or contest outcomes.
• Delay, hold, reduce, reverse, recover, or reinstate the coach’s proceeds where this policy, the Terms, provider rules, or law require, and instruct Boosterpack Limited to execute those actions.
• Communicate with buyers about the order, moderate the private order room, and enforce marketplace rules.

The Other Projects LLC charges the coach a platform fee of 5% of the coaching amount plus 1.00 USD per order, as shown in the accepted quote, as commission for its agency and marketplace services. The flat part applies once per order however many units it contains, the fee never exceeds the coaching amount, and no fee is charged on an order whose coaching amount is zero. Boosterpack Limited deducts that fee from the proceeds it collects on the coach’s behalf and, after the release conditions are met, remits the coach-net amount in USD either to the coach’s connected Stripe balance through Stripe Connect or, for countries Coachwatch serves through Stripe Global Payouts, directly to the coach’s verified bank account. Coach proceeds are not due or payable before release. Stripe controls recipient and connected-account verification, bank support, currency conversion where the bank account is not in USD, and final bank settlement.

Coachwatch pays Stripe’s transfer, bank payout, cross-border, and account fees for coach remittances on both rails. Where the coach’s Stripe balance or bank account is not in USD, Stripe converts the remittance and charges a currency conversion fee; that conversion fee is the only Stripe fee deducted from the coach-net amount before it is sent, at Stripe’s rate on the day of the remittance. Coachwatch does not add a margin to Stripe’s fees. The USD coach-net amount, the conversion fee deducted, and, for Stripe Global Payouts, the amount and currency credited to the bank appear on the coach’s statement. If a bank rejects or returns a Global Payouts payout, the funds return to the platform balance held for the coach and the payout is retried once the bank details are corrected.

Acting under the mandate, The Other Projects LLC may hold, reduce, reverse, recover, or reinstate coach proceeds for refunds, disputes, failed delivery, abuse, legal requirements, or reconciliation. Refunds and lost disputes on the coach’s orders are borne by the coach out of the coach’s proceeds; amounts recovered from the coach are restored if Stripe later resolves a dispute in the coach’s favor. Boosterpack Limited executes the resulting hold, transfer, reversal, or payout action as payment collection agent. Where proceeds have already been remitted to a Stripe balance or a bank account, amounts the coach owes back may be reversed or withheld from the coach’s later proceeds. A transfer to a Stripe balance is not the same as a completed bank payout.

The coach is the supplier of the coaching for tax, invoicing, and consumer-law purposes. The coach is responsible for registering for, charging where required, reporting, and paying any tax due on coaching income in the coach’s own country, and for the trader-information and consumer duties that apply when selling to consumers. The Other Projects LLC is responsible for tax on its own fees; Boosterpack Limited for obligations arising from its own agency.

The Other Projects LLC issues order receipts to buyers on the coach’s behalf. Receipts name the coach as supplier of the coaching and show the Coachwatch service fee as a separate supply by The Other Projects LLC.

Each calendar month the coach receives a platform fee statement in the coach dashboard. It itemizes the coaching sold on the coach’s behalf, refunds, the platform fee charged, and the amounts remitted to the coach, and serves as The Other Projects LLC’s invoice to the coach for its commission. Coaches must keep their identity, country, and business information accurate so these documents are correct.

Coachwatch may review order records, remove misleading listings, pause new orders, require remediation, issue refunds on the coach’s behalf, or suspend a coach. Serious fraud, harassment, privacy misuse, credential requests, or game-integrity violations may result in immediate removal.
