Payments policy

Coachwatch checkout amounts, order accounting, refunds, coach earnings, and coach remittances are denominated in USD. The quote shows the coaching amount payable to the coach, any discount, the Coachwatch service fee charged by The Other Projects LLC, the coach platform fee where relevant, taxes where configured, and the buyer total.

The coaching amount is the coach’s price and is collected on the coach’s behalf. The Coachwatch service fee is The Other Projects LLC’s own supply to the buyer and is shown as its own line at checkout and on the receipt. The coach platform fee is The Other Projects LLC’s commission charged to the coach, deducted from the coach’s proceeds and itemized on the coach’s monthly platform fee statement; it is not charged to buyers.

The coach is responsible for tax on their coaching income. The Other Projects LLC is responsible for the accounting and tax obligations on its own fees and marketplace business. Boosterpack Limited collects, holds, remits, refunds, and distributes funds as payment collection agent and remains responsible for obligations arising from its own agency activities and legal status.

A later remittance, withdrawal, bank payout, or currency conversion by Boosterpack Limited, Stripe, or a financial institution is separate from an order and does not change historical USD buyer or coach amounts.

A browser redirect or receipt screen does not by itself prove payment. Signed Stripe events and Coachwatch records determine whether an order is paid, pending, failed, refunded, or disputed.

Checkout uses the Stripe platform account held by Boosterpack Limited for the disclosed agency arrangement. Payment to Boosterpack Limited discharges the buyer’s payment obligation to the coach and to The Other Projects LLC for that order. The Other Projects LLC and Boosterpack Limited do not store full card numbers. Stripe may apply authentication, fraud, country, payment-method, minimum-amount, or account restrictions under its own services.

Once an order is paid, a receipt is available from the order page. The receipt names the coach as supplier of the coaching, shows the Coachwatch service fee as a separate supply by The Other Projects LLC, and identifies Boosterpack Limited as the payment collection agent. Refunds are shown on the same receipt when they succeed.

Coachwatch uses separate charges and transfers. Buyer funds first enter the Stripe platform balance held by Boosterpack Limited as payment collection agent: the coaching amount is held for the coach pending release, and the service fee for The Other Projects LLC. Until release, the coaching amount is held on the coach’s behalf and is not due or payable to the coach. After The Other Projects LLC confirms, on the coach’s behalf, the supported delivery and review conditions, Boosterpack Limited deducts the platform fee and remits the coach-net USD amount: to the coach’s connected Stripe balance for coaches onboarded through Stripe Connect, or directly to the coach’s verified bank account through Stripe Global Payouts for coaches in countries Coachwatch serves that way.

Stripe controls recipient and connected-account verification, available balances, payout schedules, bank support, currency conversion where a bank account is not in USD, and final bank settlement. Dashboard estimates, pending transfers, and expected arrival dates are not guarantees of bank receipt.

The Other Projects LLC may, for itself and on the coach’s behalf, delay or correct payment records where provider data is incomplete, duplicated, inconsistent, disputed, reversed, or subject to a legal or support hold. Boosterpack Limited may carry out the associated payment correction or reconciliation as payment collection agent. No correction may silently change the accepted USD order price.
