Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement. Some delivery steps also depend on third-party services such as Discord and Stripe.
The Other Projects LLC operates Coachwatch and handles accessibility requests. Boosterpack Limited’s role is limited to disclosed payment collection and payout operations.
1. Our approach
We work toward clear structure, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion compatibility, and useful validation messages. We test priority purchase and account journeys as the product changes.
2. Third-party services
Discord, Stripe, OAuth providers, and embedded or linked content have their own accessibility features and limitations. Boosterpack Limited administers Stripe payment operations as agent but does not control Stripe’s interface. Tell us when a third-party step blocks access so we can identify an available supported alternative where reasonably possible.
3. Accessibility feedback
Email support@coachwatch.gg with the page or workflow, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the preferred contact method. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
